Focused application on 2 faces with treatment lane by lane.Hand-regulation of spouts height. Provided with 4-6 fan spouts. Able to hitch in all the series of ZEFIR trailed machines and DTVS lift-mounted machines.

As latest design, TEYME introduces the Galia special columns, assembled with 160 mm diameter rigid channelling pipes with pressure keeper container effect.Completely homogeneous air exit regulator.The kit has available pendulous columns against bumping with rear movement.Able to be moved for vineyards from 2,5m to 3,5m.

The exclusive system of variable geometry boom makes possible a comfortable control of the lifting and folding of the braces, enabling the easy handling of the machine. Booms available in 4 and 6 columns. The working width is from 1,8m until 3,2m.

FRAME

Reinforced frame, designed in steel plate and laser-manufactured, which allow us its chain production and a perfect result, providing the machine with utmost stiffness.

STIRRING

3 Levels* which achieve a constant and homogeneous mixing in high, medium and low pressure. Full sweeping of the bottom.
*Depending on the capacity of the tank.

Jets

Set of nozzle-holders with anti-drip filter and closing tap. The amount of jets will depend on the kit and the outlets of this.

TANKS (EC rules)

  • Top quality and uniform thickness polyethylene tanks.
  • Provided with: Main tank with two flip-top lids, rinsing auxiliary tank (10%) and sanitary water tank 18l.
  • Capacities: 1.000, 1.500, 2.000, 3.000 and 4.000l.
  • TEYME’s exclusive design complying with 9367 and 13440 ISO rules
  • Full emptying even in 10% slopes.
  • Absence of dead areas. Easy rinsing.
  • 2 transparent level gauges. 1 on front* + 1 on side.

FILTERING

3 Levels of filtering

  • 1 BASKET Filter in the filling mouth of the tank.
  • 1 pump suction Filter.
  • 1 pressure Filtering Central.

AXLES

Fixed axles provided with hydraulic brake: Center wheel to center wheel 1.200mm in 1.000l and 1.500l, 1.350mm in 2.000l, 1.400mm in 3.000l and 1.650mm in 4.000l
