FRAME

Reinforced frame, designed in steel plate and laser-manufactured, which allow us its chain production and a perfect result, providing the machine with utmost stiffness.

MIXING

2 levels: pressure and return.Constant and homogeneous mixing, in high, medium and low pressure.

Jets

Set of nozzle-holders with anti-dripping filter and with tap closing. The number of jets will depend on the kit and the outlets of this.

TANK

  • In high density polyethylene, with uniform thickness and special UV treatment.
  • Main tank, GALIA II special design, total capacity of 2.100l.
  • Circuits’ rinsing tank, 10%, 200l.
  • Sanitary water tank 15l.
  • Trap for loading, located in rear part.
  • Lodging area for wheels.
  • Lodging area for tools or chemicals.
  • Chemicals inductor.

FILTERING

3 Levels of filtering:

  • 1 BASKET Filter in the filling mouth of the tank.
  • 1 pump suction Filter
  • 1 pressure Filtering Central
