Comparison of a TEYME EOLO GTE10 atomizer of 2000L and a 2000L atomizer of first-rank international brand

TEYME crop protection machinery has always stood out in the agricultural sector for its quality, effectiveness and productivity when carrying out a treatment.

To call attention to these performances, a customer has compared our 2000L EOLO GTE10 sprayer with a first-rank international brand 2000L sprayer, which we will call X. Below, we will proceed to comment on some of the most remarkable data obtained from this comparison and we will show you why TEYME crop protection machinery is a reference in the market.

1. Treated area

To start with, we will focus on the surface treated per hours, taking as a reference a citrus plantation.

The X sprayer treats 1.14 hectares per hour of work, whereas our TEYME sprayer treats 1.8 hectares per hour; a 57.8% larger surface area that X sprayer's. This shows that the fast speed reached by our TEYME sprayer (3.5 Km/h against 2 Km/h of the X sprayer) ensures an effective saving of treatment time.

2. Fuel cost

Another point to highlight from the analysis of these sprayers is the cost they generate in fuel. If we compare the fuel spent per hectare, we can see that our EOLO GTE10 sprayer spends 25.7% less than the conventional sprayer. Our sprayer spends a rate of 4.49 liters per hectare, whereas the conventional atomizer spends 6.04 liters per hectare. We can therefore confirm that our sprayers also guarantee fuel economy.

Actually we must recognize that, if we look at the data of fuel per hour, our TEYME sprayer consumes more fuel, because, whereas X sprayer has treated 1.14 hectare per hour our sprayer has treated 1.8 hectare per hour and that surface being additionally treated has some cost in fuel.

3. Application time

In reference to the application time, according to the analysis carried out with the two sprayers, we can corroborate that our sprayer performs the applications in less time. Whereas the conventional sprayer takes 52 minutes to treat a hectare, our EOLO GTE10 sprayer takes 32 minutes to carry out that same job. Therefore, the use of our TEYME sprayer would mean a time saving of 38.5%.

 

4. Application liters

Apart from performing the applications in less time, TEYME sprayers stand out in effectiveness when performing the treatment. According to the comparison made, the X sprayer treats 2,857 Liters per hour, whereas the TEYME sprayer treats 4,615 L per hour, i.e., 61.54% more than the conventional X sprayer.

In addition, TEYME sprayers provide a reduction in drift and greater homogeneity in treatment, thus ensuring greater effectiveness.
